除權息是什麼？還原權值的意義
公司發放股利後，股價會依股利調整參考價，直接比較前後價格會失真。
除息與除權
公司把盈餘分給股東時，可能發現金股利（除息）或股票股利（除權）。除權息日當天，交易所會依股利計算一個參考價，用它代替前一日收盤價來計算漲跌。
例如前收 100 元、每股現金股利 4 元，除息參考價為 96 元；若當天收 97 元，帳面漲跌是 +1 元，而不是相對 100 元的 −3 元。
為什麼要還原
把歷史價格直接接起來，除權息日會出現一個「假的缺口」，讓均線、報酬率與技術指標失真。還原權值（又稱還原股價）把除權息之前的價格依因子往回調整，讓價格序列連續，才能公平比較長期走勢。
如何使用
- 看長期走勢、計算報酬或技術指標時，使用還原價。
- 查某天實際的成交價時，使用未還原的原始價。
